We took a family road trip for the long Memorial Day weekend.
Our first stop was to visit Aunt Wanda in Ohio. At 95 she is the oldest member of the family, while Ollie is the youngest at 1-1/2!
We then traveled on (by car - ouch) to New Jersey. Aunt Jill, Uncle Franco, Cousin Chris and Cousin Alex live in Long Valley, a really beautiful part of the state. Oliver loved playing with their dog, Sandy!
Aunt Jill & Alex took us to a local farm where we could visit all sorts of animals and birds!
And climb to the top of a hay pyramid.
We were able to swim in their pool!
Oliver LOVES swimming!
Overall, it was a great trip and felt much longer than a weekend. Ollie did incredibly well in the car thanks to borrowed toys from his friend, Jaden and our new portable dvd player (we were never going to do that - but it saved our butts on that 11 hour in one day drive home).
