Elliot has his first bath at home. He was so good, not crying at all. We think he enjoyed looking at the polka dot vases (or out the window behind them).

We seem to have frequent power outages in Ferndale. When high winds took our power out once again, we had to improvise Oliver's bath and we had a special "candle bath." He enjoyed it immensely, but now has insisted on several other occasions that we turn out the lights, get out the "splashlight," as he calls it, and have a shadow puppet show in the middle of bath time.
